Mrs. Osial received her Bachelors of Arts in English: Creative Writing with an extended minor in Information Technology. Furthering her education in 2008, she received her Masters in Education- Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Secondary Education: English. She is currently a candidate for MFA, studying Fiction at George Mason University. 

For 15 years, Mrs. Osial has been a teacher at Marsteller, teaching 6th grade language arts for ten years and 8th grade language arts these last five years.  In addition to teaching language arts, Mrs. Osial also lives it. She is an advent reader and a writer of two novels. Her first novel, The Bladeless Sword, is currently in the pursuit of publication stage. Mrs. Osial has also written and published several poems, nonfiction pieces, and short stories. 

Mrs. Osial often states that she is not a teacher; she is one who loves to share her passion of reading and writing and hopes that it'll be contagious!
