Welcome to SIGNET Rising 6th-Grade Bulldogs!!!

Here is a bit of information about SIGNET

at Marsteller Middle School:

• Your teachers are Dr. Kerry Adkins (6th-grade) and Mrs. Stella Lilley (7th-/8th-grade)
• SIGNET students are enrolled in quarterly classes that are labeled Independent Study on schedules
• In the 6th-grade you will work with a small group on a multi-disciplined Project-based learning unit and design a dream zoo. You will also work on independent center projects. Center choices come from a variety of topics based on student interest. 
• Our focus in middle school is on extending student learning based on strengths, as well as critical and creative thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills, conceptual thinking, and self-directed learning.
